Thank you for choosing Arty Explorers, to celebrate your special day. Our Pre-School Art studio is the best party venue for children under 5 years to celebrate any occasion.

We would love to help celebrate your child’s special event here at Arty Explorers providing you with an exclusive venue hire. Parties are available on Saturdays 1.30 to 3pm and Sundays 10.30 to 12pm. Our Arty Parties start from £200, for up to 20 children and accompanying adults.

At your Arty Party, you and your guests will enjoy a full studio set up of creative and imaginative play along with time for food and party games too.

Choose from the following options:

1. £200 – Surprise Me – Party set up following the current weekly class themed activity stations.

2. £250 – Our Favourites – Multi themed party set up of our tried and tested Arty Explorers favourite activities.

3. £300 – Your Choice – Choose your own custom themed party package.

Party Structure

One hour of play: The studio will be set with creative and imaginative play activities suitable for the age and stage of the children. Children will enjoy various themed play activities including water, sand, play dough, paint, foam, ice and more. We will have our glitter and festival face paint artists on hand to add some sparkle and neon vibes too.

We will finish exploring and playing in the studio by playing pass the parcel (with a sweet treat for everyone and an arty prize for the winner).

Party Tea

You and your guests will have access to our party room to socialise and re-fuel after your fun-filled party! You can choose to provide your own food and or snacks or opt for our exclusive catered Arty Party Platters by our local suppliers ‘Beths Bakes’ or ‘Ruddi’s’.

Additions to your party can include party favours, balloon decorations, cakes and bakes too.

FAQs

Up to 20 children, including any siblings attending (babies in arms not included)

Our studio is a purpose made Pre-School Art studio for children under 5 years. A few older children and siblings are welcome to attend but they must be included in your guest list. We do ask that older children are mindful of the younger children and respect our studio space please, we are not a soft play/play gym.

Our party bookings are on a Saturday at 1.30pm until 3pm or a Sunday 10.30am to 12pm subject to availability.

Our studio is already very colourful and decorated. If you would like party balloons these can be supplied by our friends at Bear Cub and Co.

We do not personally supply party food, however, we do have exclusive Arty Explorers party platters supplied by Beth’s Bakes or Ruddis Retreat from £4 per head. You are also more than welcome to provide your own catering.

There will be two Arty Party Leaders to facilitate your party. Our party leaders are DBS and paediatric first aid trained.

We do not have our own private car park, however, there is a lot of free parking within the village centre.

Full adult supervision is required throughout the duration of the party.

We provide three tiers of themed party packages, starting from £200.

Please contact us our Arty Explorers Party booking link above to choose your date. A £50 deposit is taken to secure your booking.

To secure your party date a £50 deposit is required to secure your date, the outstanding balance is requested a week prior to your party.

The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the party date. At this point, your final guest numbers and any additions to your party package will be confirmed.

Meet the Family

Dorothy is a dot but she has a big heart. She loves to watch, listen and take in all that is happening around her.

Eva is curious, determined and lots of fun. She loves to learn and explore, making the most mess of all.

Tilly is a confident little Moose. She loves exploring and has a very playful imagination.

Henry is active and very inquisitive. He loves nothing more than exploring and playing with his friends.
